Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event there is a manufacturer defect or any other quality concerns beyond the customer's control, please submit a request within 3 days of delivery to receive an exchange. All exchanges MUST BE shipped back to us by the buyer.
Zai's Beauty Bar is NOT responsible for any shipping fees.
Products damaged during shipping will not be refunded or exchanged.
Returned exchanges will be processed within one week from the time that the items are received at our warehouse.
Once approved, please allow up to 3 business days for your product to be shipped.
IMPORTANT: When mailing your exchanges to Zai's Beauty Bar please ensure you incude your name, business name, E-mail address, contact number and reason for returning.
